4 Step Marketing Strategy Program
At the heart of the BrandQuest Program is an intensive 4 step Workshop. The output is a comprehensive Marketing Brand Book and ROADMAP™ that provides key stakeholders with a thorough understanding of: your brand’s positioning, key competitive advantage, market segmentation and brand essence along with brand audit and step-by-step recommendations for communications to key segments.

FUEL
 |
The fuel stage seeks to understand where your company has been and where it plans to go. No market strategy can be created without the deep insights that the stakeholders bring to the Workshop. Using BrandQuest's extensive experience, we refine the fuel to be used to develop the marketing strategy.
|
KEY
 |
Critical to a marketing strategy is what your company stands for in the marketplace as well as how it acts in the marketplace. In this phase BrandQuest will work with you to develop your positioning and essence - the key to unlocking your marketing strategy.
|
IGNITION
 |
At this stage a brand audit is conducted to review the marketing materials tabled during the 'Fuel' process to ensure alignment with the agreed positioning developed during the 'Key' process. Any obvious shifts or non-alignment in the intended 'look and feel' of your company become easy to recognise. Importantly we now begin to see the clarity and consistency that is required to better communicate your unique points-of-difference.
As the term implies, we now proceed to conclude our preparation for the journey ahead by progressing through the four building blocks of marketing strategy (Price, Promotion, Place and Product). Once completed the program is fully prepared to ignite the engine.

JOURNEY |
The BrandQuest Workshop concludes in order to allow the comprehensive planning of the route and recommendations that will drive your company to the agreed goals.
On completion of the Marketing Strategy document, the key stakeholders will reconvene and your BrandQuest Marketing Strategy "Road Map" Manual (or Strategy) will be presented to you in a fully explained and detailed de-briefing process. |
