Injury Management and Rehabilitation (IMR)

I started my occupational therapy and rehabilitation business in 1996. Now  over 10 years later our business has grown and diversified enormously since those nervous initial days of ‘should I or shouldn’t I’

In late 2007, our executive team identified a new business opportunity to expand and grow, and so we made the decision to establish a new company within this newly identified market.

Of course as health professionals we recognized our business limitations and expertise in planning such a significant change to our business model. I have always placed great emphasis on the need to outsource professional expert advice and this was surely one of those times.

I enquired throughout our business network for recommendations of a company who could assist us in our business and marketing strategy. Strange as it may seem, I was attending a ‘Go for Growth’ business seminar when BrandQuest was recommended by an international guest speaker.

We subsequently met, and were highly impressed with the leaders of BrandQuest and their business approach, philosophy and track-record.

In what seemed a very short time-frame we quickly found ourselves sitting with them and proceeding through their unique BrandQuest program.

As an outcome we now have a clearly articulated marketing strategy that I can share with my team and that I am confident will drive our business to the goals we have defined in the BrandQuest Workshop.

I really like the fact that their Program didn’t get bogged down in theory (like so many marketing things can) and the process, whilst thorough and robust, is simply explained and easily implemented.

We were also attracted to the follow-through and continued support that BrandQuest offers us. To know that they will be beside us if and when we need them gave us real confidence to proceed.
